Remote Assistance
If you're online, but you're having trouble setting up a particular program, such as an email client, firewall, or VoIP phone, we can help.
How it works:
- The person requiring assistance (the novice) creates an invitation file.
- The invitation file is submitted via the form below.
- A qualified GBTel technician (the expert) will receive the invitaion, and initiate remote assistance.
- The novice will choose to allow the expert temporary access to their computer. At which point, Remote Assistance has been established.
